The Imperial War Museum is looking for a trainee to take on a conservator apprenticeship which is a great opportunity for history students looking for a museum, archivist, or conservator based career!
Details:
This 18 month apprenticeship takes on team and independent tasks all involved with conservation treatments and how to research objects to take the best possible care of them. You will be tasked with carrying out restoration projects and recording them appropriately. It also expected that any interactions with the museum public will be carried out with excellent customer service skills.

- Understanding of basic mechanical engineering
