During the aftermath of the Covid pandemic Chinas economy was one of the first to recover and during the growth of their economy this led to spillover effects on the western world helping those economies come out of their recession. Now that China’s economy is hitting a slowdown do you think this will affect other countries or do you reckon that the now healing economies in the west will be able to pull out China from their economic slowdown?

Now with China facing an economic slowdown, I wonder how this might impact other countries. Do you think the healing economies in the West can offset China’s slowdown, or are there potential challenges ahead?

Thye could potentially osfset it if the economies in the West recover to the point that they start demanding lots of goods from China which will help start up the economy again. However there are politcal complications considering that the USA and China are disputing about microchips affecting sales of goods between the two countries. This is all assuming that China’s problems are due to not enough demand for Chinese goods but if they’re due to another reason then there might not be much that the West could do.
