Managing stress around the holidays

Is anyone else feeling slightly overwhelmed with all the Christmas deadlines coming up… the January exams, as well as trying to attend all the Christmas socials?!

This time of year can be particularly stressful, so it’s super important to make time for yourself, and to take care of your wellbeing.
