The Myers-Briggs personality test can be a fun way to find out a little more about how you are! You have to answer a series of questions, and your answers put you into certain categories which brings the outcome.

Here’s a brief explanation of each dichotomy and the resulting personality types:
- Extraversion (E) vs. Introversion (I):
- Extraversion (E): Energized by the external world, enjoys social interactions, and tends to be outgoing.
- Introversion (I): Energized by the internal world, enjoys time alone or with a small group of close friends, and tends to be reserved.
- Sensing (S) vs. Intuition (N):
- Sensing (S): Prefers concrete information, relies on facts and details, and is practical and realistic.
- Intuition (N): Prefers abstract information, focuses on possibilities and future potential, and is imaginative and innovative.
- Thinking (T) vs. Feeling (F):
- Thinking (T): Makes decisions based on logic, consistency, and objective analysis.
- Feeling (F): Makes decisions based on personal values, empathy, and consideration of others’ feelings.
- Judging (J) vs. Perceiving (P):
- Judging (J): Prefers structure, organization, and planning. Likes closure and tends to be decisive.
- Perceiving (P): Prefers flexibility, spontaneity, and adaptability. Likes to keep options open and tends to be more adaptable.
The combination of these four preferences results in 16 possible personality types, each represented by a four-letter code. Here are the 16 Myers-Briggs personality types:
