I honestly feel like working in an agency offers a lot more opportunities to develop as a professional. Especially if it’s a small one. After working in a big company for a year, i can confidently say that it’s easy to get lost and not get as much responsibilities. Whereas in the agency, you tend to get experience in everything, with very little periords of peace in quite. Like imagine how your cv would look like if you mention all the big projects you had a chance to work on, which is quite rare being an in-house professional.

Overall, both are great for different reasons, and some people may even prefer working as an in-house communications professional, just chasing the brand, peace, and prestige. But imho, working in an agency definitely offers a more challenging, yet more beneficial experience in a long run :slight_smile:
