Field Programmable Gate Arrays, or FPGA, are integrated circuits which are commonly off-the-shelf with the purpose of allowing different clients to adapt and program them to their needs. This is achieved through built-in configurable logic blocks. They have a wide range of usages, such as in data centres, avionics, telecommunications, etc.
