well its quite hard to have it in ur cv if you havent worked with it in a company but yes is defo useful to at least have a basic knowledge when it comes to interviews to know what they are on about

well i havnt worked at a company that uses salesforces because our marketing is done differently, but many top/ tect companies would use it so its important to do ur research first and be prepared if they ask your knowledge and experience on it
