Network Rail is currently accepting applications for its Early Careers and Graduate Schemes, offering a range of opportunities across various disciplines. These programs provide hands-on experience, expert training, and professional development to help you build a secure and successful future.
Network Rail Placement Application Process:
Step 1: Register your interest by submitting an initial expression of interest form.
Step 2: If your profile aligns with the program requirements, Network Rail will send you a detailed application form to complete.
Step 3: Upon successful review of your application, you’ll be invited to complete a personality assessment and a work-based scenarios assessment, followed by a video interview. Important Tip: You’ll have unlimited time to think before recording each response, but you only get one chance to record. Once you start, re-recording isn’t an option, so plan your answers carefully.
Step 4: If you pass the assessments, you’ll be invited to an in-person assessment center to meet the team and engage in additional evaluations.
