This 2 year hybrid grad scheme will teach you every step of the procurement process from sourcing to communication with suppliers to managing their contracts all to make sure every product used by TfL is ethically and sustainably sourced. You will learn this process at 4 different six month long rotations in the Utilities, London Underground Fleet, IT, and Capital Highways departments. Guidance is provided throughout the whole experience with two superiors and one assigned graduate buddy.

Pay: £31,000 in the first year, £32,250 in the second year
Qualifications: Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) Level 4 Diploma and Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Procurement; further sponsored by TfL to earn CIPS Level 6
