Impossible - how would you be able to match an applicant’s social media profile on (say) Reddit with their real life persona? Sure, people are (usually) who they say they are on LinkedIn, and usually on Facebook too (a university applicant posting in Facebook? :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:). But finding and positively identifying the social media profiles of 2500 applicants ain’t gonna happen. (Until they get AI onto it, of course.)
