Food for thought: More on ‘The Zone’

I think this is great advice / background for any activity where you have to give it your all - exams and interviews included.

A lot to learn from elite athletes as they prepare for competing in their event, from training regime (being sure to his their peak on the day and not before or after) to the process of “visualising” what they’re going to do and rehearsing it over and over again in their mind. Mental preparation is something we all need to work on.
