France urges Rwanda to end support for M23 rebels, pull troops out of DR Congo

On the 27th of February, France has urged Rwanda to cease all support for the M23 Movement. The M23 Movement is a rebel group operating in the Democratic Republic Of The Congo, mostly formed of ethnic Tutsi members. This comes in the wake of recent fighting between the M23 rebels and the DRC armed forces. This conflict is also seeing peacekeepers from South Africa joining to maintain peace.
