As one of the Assessed Interns, you’ll experience:

How an Assessed Internship works
- After you’ve been placed, you, your mentor and your supervisor agree on which project you will undertake and on your specific development goals
- Your mentor and supervisor provide you with regular and structured feedback – a kind of temperature check – throughout your internship
- You participate in a formal mid-term review and an End of Internship Review with your mentor and supervisor
- Following your successful completion of the assessments, we might be in the position to offer you a full-time employment opportunity
