Sometimes, inexperienced workers may face challenged in landing entry-level jobs because employers often prioritise candidates with relevant experience. Is this fair for students? Does everyone know this is the case for the majority of companies nowadays?

- I think it’s understandable as it takes less time to teach and more work can get done.
- How am I supposed to have experience if they all need experience beforehand to even start!
