What are the life hacks that you wish you knew when you started university?

We all learn a lot of stuff about how to get by as a student during our (at least) 3-year programmes. So what life-hacks have you discovered? My best ones are finding Oxford Academic which has pretty much all the books in a virtual format for free so there is no need to spend any money on them and buying the 16-25 Railcard to save so much money on both tube and train!

Learning quickly how to prioritise and budget effectively prevented financial stress throughout my university years  and working part time as an online tutor also helped my budget!

Websites such as mybib.com have saved me lots of time during essays and helping me with my bibliography.
