To promote equality, further support for doctors with caring responsibilities, and tackling stereotypes are essential.

I think these recommendations are a good start, but they might not be enough. To really fix the pay gap and gender inequality in healthcare, we need to do more. Things like making sure salaries are fair, getting more women into leadership roles, and giving everyone the same chances for career growth
