Hi everyone
As my final year is getting more and more intense and exams are rapidly approaching, I was wondering how you guys are able to cope with stress at this time. What techniques make you feel more relieved? For me, playing the guitar works really well, especially after a long day of constantly studying and also going to university.

Personally, I find that taking short breaks and going for a walk can help alleviate stress and improve focus

going gym!! or do some kind of sport, it helped me release lots of stress

Yeah, I am pretty familiar with the 50 minute work - 10 minute break strategy. I do not use it that much as when I lock in, I really want to remain in the flow state

Yes!! Going to the gym is always great - lifting weights really takes some stress off my shoulders as well

Surely, a walk to clear your head always works and speaking with someone else just to rant is an absolute remedy to be honest
