What Are Your Go-To Study Resources for Mathematics and Computing?

Hey everyone!

I thought it would be really helpful if we shared some of the best study resources we’ve come across for mathematics and computing. Whether you’re stuck on a tough math problem or trying to understand a complex programming concept, having the right tools can make all the difference!

Personally, I find Khan Academy amazing for breaking down difficult math topics into simple steps, and GeeksforGeeks has been a lifesaver for coding questions and algorithms. I also use Wolfram Alpha when I need quick answers for math problems and LeetCode for improving my coding skills.

But I’m always looking for new resources to add to my toolkit. Do you have any favorite websites, YouTube channels, textbooks, or apps that you rely on? Maybe even some lesser-known gems that helped you get through a tricky course?

Whether it’s study techniques, online tutorials, or specific tools for math and programming, feel free to share your recommendations. Let’s build a list of go-to resources to help each other out!

Looking forward to your suggestions!

Geeks For Geeks is pretty useful, with a lot of quick and understandable examples of coding and different concepts, in a wide range of languages.

totally agree, having the right resources makes such a difference in tackling tough topics! I love Khan Academy too, I also recently discovered Brilliant.org, which has some fun interactive courses in math and computer science that I think are super helpful. As for coding, I’ve been using freeCodeCamp a lot lately. What about study techniques? Do you have any specific strategies you use to retain what you learn from these resources?

I completely agree, having the right resources helps a lot! I find testing myself and going over material often really helpful for keeping things fresh in my mind. I usually make flashcards and try explaining the concepts to myself or a friend to make sure I understand them. How about you? Any study methods that work well for you?

Personally, I’ve been getting into mind mapping lately! It helps me visualise how everything connects and makes studying feel less overwhelming.
