Hey everyone,
Just thought I’d throw this out there. What’s one tech skill or concept you wish you learned earlier?
For me, it’s 100%. I went way too long without touching version control, and I used to save like 10 versions of the same file. Total chaos. Once I finally figured out how to use properly (and actually understood what I was doing), everything got way easier, especially group projects.
I’ve heard other people say they wish they got into:
• using the terminal/command line sooner
• actually understanding how the internet and networks work
• practicing algorithms early instead of cramming before interviews
So yeah, just curious. What’s something you picked up later on that you really wish you started learning earlier? Could be a tool, a concept, or just something that finally clicked after a while.
Would love to hear what yours is!
