14-hour fasting improves hunger, mood and sleep

Intermittent fasting (IF), restricting eating to a ten-hour window, showed positive health benefits, including improved mood, energy, and hunger, in a study of 37,545 participants. Consistency in the eating window enhanced these effects, emphasising that even a ten-hour window can be effective. The real-world study outside of a clinic setting highlights the importance of when meals are consumed. The findings suggest that a manageable ten-hour eating window can be an effective approach to improve health.

I know some people who do this and are happy with it. I would also like to try it out and see the results for myself

Absolutely, intermittent fasting has been a game-changer for me. Actually adopting a ten-hour eating window noticeably improved my mood and energy levels.

BIG BIG fan of Intermittent fasting, I’ve tried so many different variations, 16:8, alternate day… I have a habit of fasting every few months, I find its a great way to reset my body, almost like a reboot.
